Payments:

All payments must be made prior to receiving SPONSORSHIP accessibility. 

 

Any special requests must be emailed to info@cultureiscouture.com or otherwise, all details pertaining to your SPONSORSHIP will be made based upon the discretion of the CIC! Team.

 

Cancellation:

CIC! reserves the right to cancel this event and it's components at any time prior to the date of the event with refune of all amounds paid by participants to CIC! in connection with this AGREEMENT. Otherwise all payments are non-refundable.

 

No Guarantee of Results:

CIC! does not warrant or guarantee any particular results of the Expo, nor does it guarantee a particular number of attendees/exhibitors/visitors.

 

Complete Agreement:

This agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all communications, understanding, or agreements, if any expressed or implied, whether written or verbal. CIC! has made and makes no representation of any kind except those specifically set forth herein. In the event of any dispute to the terms of this Agreement, the parties agree to consult with a professional mediator agreed upon by all parties prior to seeking legal action. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover costs and attorney fees. Amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
